It's All About the Poo-Hole! by Mindy Jo

I learned one important thing this half: Albert really is GOD. You have to take him every day no matter what. I got tired of low scores when he was pitched around and dropped him a couple of times. June 21 I dropped Albert and took Branyan for 0. Albert went for 19. June 27 I took Justin Morneau for 1 point while Albert had two homers and 15 points. So NEVER give up on Albert.

  1. Wowwy...gomer, as always, you have out done yourself once again...It was a little tuff to get over seeing a lot of old friends here that I do not see anymore. It was really cool...had to read the column twice, cause I was really blown away by the talent that have contributed...funny, seems like I have tried everyone of these strat's throughout my BBC career and I have noticed that it now helps to be ready the first day of BBC. It used to be, for me at least, that you could kind of ease into the season. That first one or two hundred points you were down in first week were always pretty easy to make up in the marathon. Now You know the start date and you have to be ready to go first day, full tilt or you will be eating that 100-200 point deficete all year long and it will come back to bite you right on the ass at the end of play...
The other thing I think is to stay good...what I mean by this...do not do anything that is just flat faced stupid and expect it to work...it will not. Some call it luck...I call it being prepared with a solid L/U and yes the luck is just the cherry on top for extra points...
Was really good to see the talent/friends on here and as always I wish you all well in the second half...thanks to all
ps...know I will be coming back to this page many more times to feast on the tid bits of knowledge here...what a great resource guy's and guyette's...thanks again
    PEACE :-)
